LOCATION
Brow & Crown Collective is conveniently located in the Aspinwall neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Nestled in the thriving business district. Enjoy a drink, snack, or ice cream after your appointment from our neighboring businesses.
Please be aware: We are in a non-accessible building
The studio is located on the third floor with no elevator in the building.
Location
We are on the third floor, directly above La Marie Brow Club. We share an outside entrance with Wrecking Crew Media at ground level. Upon arrival, come through that door and follow forward through the second door and up the stairs. Have a seat in our shared waiting space.
Parking
There is a large public pay parking lot conveniently located right in front of the shop, as well as metered street parking. With the app you can pay from your phone, or bring some quarters!
POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel with courtesy. We know life happens, and we will make every effort to accommodate if an emergency arises. However, our cancellation policy is as follows:
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without incurring a fee. Anything less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the total of your scheduled services. A no-call/no-show will result in a 75% charge.
Any client with more than 2 late cancellations or no-call/no-shows will no longer be able to make appointments. A card on file will be required to schedule any appointment.
Late Policy
Again, life happens, and we will make every effort to accommodate arriving a little late. However, any lateness over 15 minutes will result in a reduction of your scheduled services and a late fee applied. Each of our clients' time is valuable, just like ours, so let’s help each other stay on schedule!
Children
We wish to promote a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere in our salon. We also have a lot of breakable and potentially harmful items within reach of little hands, and so we respectfully request that childcare be arranged when possible before your appointment. Take some time for you! We do not provide services to children under the age of 10.
Pets
The owner's dog may be present from time to time in the salon. If you are allergic, please make a note when booking your appointment and we will be dog-free that day!
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an inappropriate or abusive manner to any of our staff or other clients in the salon.
